Information abstract submission
Oral Presentation of selected abstracts
Oral presentations of selected abstracts will take place on Wednesday, 4 October 2023 from 16:30 to 17:30 (10 minutes per presentation, followed by 5 min for questions and discussion). Please bring your presentation as a PowerPoint presentation (in English and in 16:9 format ) on a USB drive and hand it to the technician on site at least one hour before the session.
The topic must be relevant to the areas covered by the conference or the usual investigation fields of the SSCC.
The preferred language is English and the abstract should contain less than 2500 characters (about 300 words). In addition, please provide three to seven key words at the bottom of the abstract. Posters that have already been presented at other congresses within the last 18 months (except former SSCC congresses) may be submitted. However, please mention this in the submission.

Up to 4 poster abstracts will be selected by the scientific committee for oral presentation. Also, the three best poster presentations will be selected. The authors of the oral presentations and of the three best posters will each receive an award. Awards will be presented on Thursday, 5 October 2023, from 16:30 to 16:45; award winners are asked to be present.
Deadline for the abstract submission is Friday, 1st September 2023..
Poster Presentation
Posters should be prepared in English in A0 portrait format (841 x 1189 mm). Posters should be printed by the authors themselves and mounted at the beginning of the conference. They should remain on display throughout the entire meeting. Material for mounting the posters will be provided onsite.
Promotion Award
This grant will again be handed out by the SSCC this year. The beneficiary will have the opportunity to present his/her work at the annual congress.
